Product range
Three categories, one plant, one mixed pallet.
Everything we ship is made at a single site — from intake of the raw vegetables to the pasteurised final pack. That makes mixed pallets across all categories possible and keeps traceability unbroken.
Pickles
Classic Turkish turşu — lacto-fermented, brined in salt and acid, pasteurised. From calibre-0 cornichons to 10 kg foodservice packs.

- Contract farming in the regionThe plant sits in the middle of the growing area. Short distances between harvest and processing, no storage for weeks in between.
- Batch traceabilityEvery batch is documented back to the grower and harvest date — the basis for retail audits and recall exercises.
- In-house laboratoryAcidity, salt content, firmness and pasteurisation values are tested alongside production.

Çiçek Salamura was founded in İzmir in 1988 and has produced pickled and fermented vegetables in the Turkish tradition ever since — with salt, vinegar and time, without shortcuts.
The site in Kemalpaşa lies in the middle of the Aegean growing regions. We work with thousands of Turkish farmers, supply the trade in 60 Turkish cities and export to more than 50 countries. In Germany we already supply importers and wholesalers on a regular basis — and we are now expanding that presence deliberately.
For the German market that means: a producer with established export routine, GFSI-recognised certification and the ability to serve a complete delicatessen shelf from one source.
